Jess has lived all over. Moving seven times in his first 14 years taught Jess the thrill of the sale, a love of homes, and the adaptability to connect with any human he meets. From his desert roots in Reno, to finding romance in Cincinnati, it’s the Pacific Northwest he calls home.

An extensive background in sales paired with a lifelong entrepreneurial spirit make Jess the perfect match for real estate. You may know them as Jess the Ripper, DJing in the City of Roses and beyond.

Jess is simply a friend you haven’t met yet. A magnetic dose of sunshine energy. He’s passionate about making the haus buying/selling experience inclusive and accessible for the LGBTQ+ community.

Vonderhaus has an official partnership with the modern minimalist (conveniently owned by my wife) to provide our clients with concierge services for moving, home organizing assistance, and design services including staging and renovation consults.

When Jess isn’t connecting clients and homes, you can find them renovating their mid-century ranch in the ‘Couve, foraging mushrooms with his wife and rescue pups, or producing electronic music in his studio.
